Discovery World at the Otago Museum had a problem.Their x-rays where getting damaged, finger marks and lables that were coming off.
X-rays can be fragile when handled by many hands.
Solution: We cold laminated the emulsion side of the x-rays to protect them. Hot lamination was not an option for x-Rays as the heat would damage them.
Now many children (and big children) can see whats in inside their bodies for years to come!
